Where are you located?

Our studio/warehouse is located in the small town of Wendover, Ontario, in Canada. A rural town, 45minutes east of Ottawa.

Can we purchase in person?

Our studio is not open to the public. However, our candles are currently displayed in Casselman, Ontario, at Nailed it by Steph. We are always looking to expand our in-store presence, check back as we are growing!

How are your products made?

Completely by hand! With ingredients and products purchased strictly within Canada, all of our candles and wax melts follow a recipe that's measured by hand and poured by hand with precision.

Are the products clean burning?

Yes! All of our products are made with 100% soy and coconut waxes for a smooth and clean burn. 

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Canada is FREE ! 

Shipping within USA is $5, and international shipping costs a bit more depending on where you're located.

What does shipping time look like?

Our products ship out 5 days a week, from our studio in Wendover, Canada. Once your order is placed, it will leave our warehouse within 24-72hrs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order, once placed, will leave our warehouse within a maximum of 72hrs. You will receive a tracking number via the email provided upon check out that will give you a more accurate ship time.
